Overview
Our returns and refund policy lasts 7 days after your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You must contact us to initiate the process within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return and/or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days.
Refund time
You will be notified once we’ve received your return and your refund is approved. Your refund will then be processed within 3 business days. Note that it may take more time until the refund officially shows up on your bank, credit card or other payment method account.
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time, please contact us again.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to initiate the process.
Shipping
To return your product, you will need to ship it back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
